Newborn Elijah | Aurora

I am lovin' that I get to LOVE on some newborns these days. Some people snuggle puppies, that's cute...I snuggle newborns. They're just so squishy + innocent + sweet! If I get to photograph them when they're 7-10 days old they're sleepy, curly + squishable (is that a word? it is to me!). Loved meeting this sweet, adorable family last year + alert newborn Elijah. He has the brightest eyes + was so worried about missing out on anything that he practically stayed awake his ENTIRE session, ha ha. What a little cutie pie! I am in LOVE with his alert, wide awake photos actually...he also was NOT having a swaddle at any cost (he's the first baby I couldn't get to enjoy a good swaddle + that's ok!). But he was happy + content + that's what we strive for around here. Loved this session + hope I get to grow with this little family through the years. xo
